Job Description
Wanted. Full Time Catering Administrator to Cover Maternity Leave 6-8months position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Catering Invoicing and Accounts
Stocktaking
Reception Cover
Cash Reconcilliation and Handling
Timebook Upkeep
General Office Procedures including upkeep of the Training Matrix, Hr Files, Training Record Files, Health and Safety Documents and General Filing.
Minimum Requirements: Company Training given, but should have Friendly Outgoing Personality.
Be Computer Literate, with the ability to use, Word, Excel and email.
Ability to work under own initiative but as part of a wider team.
