NewJobDirect is committed to safeguarding the online privacy of its users. We do not, as a matter of course, make use of cookies nor do we ask users to register personal details in order to use the site.

Any information collected from users of this site (either jobseekers or companies) will be managed in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Act (1988).

Exceptions:

From time to time NewJobDirect may run competitions or promotions that require the collation of personal data in order to fulfil the terms of that particular competition or promotion. Personal data will not be used for any purpose other those defined under the terms of that particular competition or promotion.

We reserve the right to disclose whatever user information we have available to any law enforcement agency where we have reason to believe that the user is violating the Terms of Use of NewJobDirect and/or causing harm or distress (intentionally or non-intentionally) to any other person through usage of this website. We also reserve the right to disclose such information to our own lawyers.

Caution is advised:

Companies using the NewJobDirect service may request information directly from users (most notably a CV/resume). NewJobDirect has no involvement in collecting such information and has no control as to how such information is used. NewJobDirect encourages users to ensure they are in agreement with the recruiting company's own privacy policy before submission of any personal data.

NewJobDirect advertisers may request information directly from users, or link to sites that do so. NewJobDirect has no control over its advertisers' privacy policies and encourages users to review such policies prior to submitting any personal data.

Unfortunately, data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, whilst NewJobDirect undertakes to make every effort to ensure the security of any information held on its servers, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of information being transmitted. Any transmission of information is undertaken at your own risk.
